Abstract :
In this paper, the atomization process of quality assessment of industrial product is discussed. With using Image Processing method, the atomization monitoring and multi gauging of industrial objects are done namely as water pump pulley 905a and 44. These pulleys are nothing but an integral part of the drive system for belt-driven water pumps. These Water pump pulley 905a and 44 are made by alloy and these standard objects are used in turbine system. So all the dimensions of the objects must be accurate and standardized to support the turbine system. By using image processing techniques, quality testing of water pump pulleys can be done and it will find total height and grew height of water pump pulley with different performed operations such as segmentation, edge detection, image cropping and pixel to pixel mapping operations. For finding diameter of circles within objects, different operations such as morphological operation, edge detection and circular Hough transform are used. By using these operations, all the parameters of objects can be detected and measured. Using same implantation method, atomization of quality assessment process can be done for different objects. This model designed for the automation of the measurements processes for the Water pump pulley.
