Coalition-based access control models for critical infrastructures

Our national security, economic prosperity, and national well-being are dependent upon a set of highly interdependent critical infrastructures (CI). The need to share information in a secure way between collaborating CIs is becoming increasingly important. This paper is devoted to proposing a new methodology for coalition based access control for critical infrastructures, after recapitulating the state of the art works in this domain.
