  • Abstract
    Atmospheric parameters such as pressure, temperature, dew-point temperature, relative humidity are obtained from radiosonde data for the subtropical region, Karaikal, India. From these parameters, the vertical distributions of radio refractivity are then determined. The refractive profiles and atmospheric parameters of Karaikal station is compared with few other stations in India.
