            Abstract :
We fabricate carbon nanotube (CNTs) based two terminal device for gas sensing applications. The material used for the fabrication of gas sensor is single and multi-walled CNTs powder with the average length of 3-10 micro meter. Due to the self-association property of CNTs in suspension, we disaggregate and uniformly disperse CNTs to make the device. We obtain the I-V characteristics of two terminal metal-CNT-metal contact fabricated device and analyze the device characteristics. The device behavior can be explained by considering two back to back schottky diodes model.
