Abstract :
This paper founds a response model of the mixer. Three kinds of nonlinear elements are included in this model. The three nonlinear elements are negative gain element, switch element, and port coupling. This model is accurate to compute the response of the mixer. Adopting this model, this paper simulates the response of mixer, and draws the conclusion.
