  • Abstract
    In this paper, we propose a pre-amplifier circuit used in VLC system. By this circuit, the original low lever input can be amplified to make receive module much easier to get the information and increase MER/BER of the whole system. The amplified signal will be added on a DC voltage to light a LED. Design principles are illustrated separately into three parts. Measured result shows good agreement with simulated one. The amplifier factor and DC voltage are adjustable which can make a flexible usage in practical application.
