Abstract :
Gear is an important industrial component, improve its quality and accuracy is important, so put forward higher request not only to the machining accuracy, but also to the test. The design uses ACR9000 motion controller as the control unit. Panasonic A5 driver as four axes servo drive mechanism, the servo motor as the implementing agency, the grating ruler And the inductor as position examination, data acquisition card as a data collection part. Micro-computer by VC++ programming as the host control, data processing and interface display, in order to achieve full-closed loop servo control system. On the platform of ACR-VIEW, has realized the high or low speed control, four axis rocker motion control, test head protection control and hard or soft limit control function.
