Abstract :
A 125KHz low frequency(LF) power recovery circuit, which is applied for battery-less TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) SoC, has been designed and taped out in ASMC´s 0.35um 40V BCD Embedded EEPROM automotive electronic process. High stability and low power are achieved by using particular techniques. The working current of the system is as low as 50uA. Acting as the battery for TPMS SoC, post simulation results show that it can work steadily at a temperature range of -40~125°C. It is qualified for automotive application.
