Abstract
Here we discuss an open resonator-based electron micro-accelerator, which, if realized in hardware, could have accelerating gradients of ~1 GeV/m. We analyze the optics of a β=1 structure and the beam dynamics of a graded-β injector with an auto-emission cathode
