Abstract :
The paper presents the structure of digital signal Microanalyzer Distributed System (MADS), consisting with distributed net of reprogrammable, micro-analyzer modules (containing IEEE 1149.1 type test ports). The existing software library of various developed analyzer configurations (including conditional trigger circuits) permits adopting the system to current diagnostic tasks during the actual sequential diagnostic process. Main part of the paper describes some problems of quality of signal transmission and acquisition, during processes of digital system diagnose. There is presented the measurement method developed for determination of accurate frequency characteristics of the analyzer probes.
