Abstract :
We consider the performance of a frequency hopping M-ary FSK spread spectrum communication system in the presence of Doppler shift and multiple access interference. The performance of the system is considered using the symbol error probability, as well as the efficiency improvement compared to a binary FSK system. It was shown that the MPSK system has a better performance either in the presence or in the absence of Doppler.
