Abstract :
The ionene sensors with low x and y values are of low molecular weight and are poor film forming materials. We have shown that the ionenes with x=6 and y=10 are most suitable as humidity sensing materials. Attempts with the use of N/sup +/ ionenes with TCNQ salts are discussed showing that at specific concentration of TCNQ these sensors can be used as current limiting elements in the system and/or their indicators.
