Coordination polymers of the 3d block cations with semiconductor properties

This work continues the study of the compounds synthesized by the interaction between the acetylacetonates of 3d cations (Sc(IIl), Ti(IV), V(III), Cr(III), Mn(II), Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and ZN(II)) with diphenylphosphinic, diphenyltiophosphinic and diphenylditiophosphinic acids. The aim of the paper is to correlate the structure with their properties, especially with the electric ones, focusing on the influence of the sulfur atoms from the coordinating groups.
