Abstract :
A differential integrator based on the use of Floating-Gate is presented. It works at 2 V of supply voltage with fully differential input linear range and Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) below 1%. Programming and tuning processes are performed by means of a single voltage signal. The integrator incorporates a novel Common-Mode Feedback (CMFB) circuit.
