Abstract :
We report on low-power-penalty, jitter-tolerant demultiplexing at 168 Gbit/s with the hybrid-integrated symmetric Mach-Zehnder all-optical switch. Error-free 252 Gbit/s demultiplexing has also been achieved. The analysis of crosstalk from nearest-neighbor channels shows a difference between the dependence on the control pulse duration and the signal pulse duration.
