Framework for teleworking

This paper is directed toward the possibility of development of teleworking in our environment. Teleworking is a way of working in which the work is carried out at a distance form the employer or constructor for whom it is intended. Teleworking provides more effectively geographically distributed work functions, economic development, and reduction of air pollution, traffic congestion and the need for increased road infrastructure. Technological underdeveloped countries like ours, which possess considerable expert potential, may have a great development perspective of teleworking.
