Abstract :
1.25 Gbps single fiber transceivers have been successfully obtained by introducing a low cost polymer straight waveguide and 1.3 μm-PD/1.55 μm-PD, for the first time. Minimum sensitivity of -23.3 dBm was confirmed at BER=10-12 under 1.25 Gbps full-duplex operation with fiber output power of -10.5 dBm.
