Abstract :
A 0.7V MOSFET-only switched-opamp /spl Sigma//spl Delta/ modulator for speech applications achieves 67dB SNDR, and 75dB dynamic range. The circuit, occupying 0.08mm/sup 2/ in 0.18/spl mu/m CMOS, does not use voltage boosting or low-V/sub T/ devices. All capacitors are compensated MOS devices.
