  • Abstract
    The experimental study of the anhysteretic remanent magnetization of many thin-film particulate media indicates an exponential shape of the anhysteretic remanent susceptibility as a function of the applied magnetic field. The classical Preisach model with a presumed Gaussian distribution cannot satisfactorily explain these experimental data. This difficulty is overcome in the moving Preisach model.
