  • Abstract
    The thermal resistance of the monolithic switched regulator LT1073 is investigated in the paper. A new method of measuring this thermal parameter is proposed, and the proper measuring set is also presented. The results of measurements of the thermal resistance of the considered device are compared with the results obtained by other known methods.
