Abstract :
This paper pertains to the distortions in the phase data for near-range wideband interferometric processing and imaging of three-dimensional rough surfaces. These distortions can lead to the anamorphorsis of the wideband image reconstructed in the surface height domain (SHD), and can produce the false information in the surface profile. This paper discusses the method of needed corrections. The results compared with those without implementing the correction procedures show better accuracy and focusing pattern.
