Abstract :
The purpose of the paper is mainly to study how to monitor and diagnose the hydraulic pump. A typical system is constructed and four different sensors are set up. The pressure frequency-spectrum, temperature and movement signals are extracted as the diagnosing feature by using the chip microprocessor and main computer. Information fusion technology is used to attain better diagnosis results.
