Abstract :
Points out the imperfection of a present method to monitor and evaluate anti-fouling efficiency of a cooling water treatment technique. The paper proposes a new online monitoring and evaluation method, and introduces mainly the measuring principle, the structure, and the performance of a monitoring system based on the above principle.
