Abstract :
Some new concepts of the structure are established for multi-group multi-delays neutral large scale control systems. A positive definite quadratic form V-function via choosing the symmetric positive definite solution matrix of the Riccati matrix differential equation is made up. On the basis of the equivalence method of Lyapunov´s function, a sufficient criteria is obtained for the interconnected stabilization of the control system without delays and perturbation parameters imply the interconnected stabilization of the multi-group multi-delays and perturbation parameters neutral large scale control system. At the same time, some estimation formulae of the bounds for both time-delays and perturbation parameters are given.
