Abstract :
In this paper an approximate mathematical model is obtained for a queue systems of networks with finite terminal stations and the arrival process to each station to be Poisson and the service time for each data packet to be random with general distributions. By using the state transformation property of imbedded Markov chain, the algorithm and performance analysis for the average delay of the packets in the system, the mean utilization of the server, the mean utilization of each terminal station, and the average throughput by a node are given.
