Abstract :
Various techniques for the generation of false measurements uniformly distributed in a hyper-ellipsoid with applications to target tracking are examined in this paper. The drawbacks of the existing algorithms are discussed and improved versions of these algorithms are presented. The proposed algorithms are compared with the original techniques through simulations.
