Abstract :
The publisher´s statement that the book ´presents a comprehensive summary of vital system and circuit-design information, describes available design tools, recommends successful system-design procedures, and introduces the reader to problems associated with synthesiser design´ does not do justice to a book that contains a wealth of information relating to almost all fundamental aspects of synthesisers. Thorough and well selected lists of references at the end of each chapter augment the value of the book to that of one many times its size. Synthesiser design comprises a wide range of electronic technology, the material presents is well balanced.
