Abstract :
The flexibility of DS-CDMA networks relating to resource allocation for future mobile wireless applications is shown. The trade-off corresponding to resource allocation between base station search, synchronization in a multipath environment and the quality of service is covered. The receiver concept investigated is a digital RAKE-receiver implementation.
