  • Abstract
The goal of this paper is to present a new concept called evident sensor. This sensor is based on the fuzzy measures. The concept is interesting in order to develop an abstraction process for a measuring system, as well as for information fusion or for a reasoning system. The input values to the sensor are described at the output by a set of terms of a language, with their corresponding uncertainty degrees associated to each of them.
