  • Abstract
The purpose of this study was to describe ankle stiffness in stroke patients using the system identification method. The results of this study show that ankle stiffness is Increased in spastic stroke patients. The increased stiffness is mostly due to the reflex stiffness component. Furthermore, the reflex gain was the parameter that best explained the increase in the reflex stiffness.
