Abstract
ECG lead selections and coefficient matrices to reconstruct ECG data of full-set leads, including unselected leads, were determined by a model-based study using inhomogeneous and homogeneous volume conductor thorax models containing the heart in end-systolic or diastolic cardiac phase. They were tested by being applied to actual ECG datasets. The test results had no significant dependencies on the models nor diagnostic categories of the datasets.
