  • Abstract
    A fuIly monolithic crossbar mixer has been designed and fabricated for operation at W-band (75 to 110 GHz). A typicaI conversion loss of 9 dB with a variation of less than +-0.5 dB has been measured, and a minimum conversion loss of 7.5 dB has been measured at 76 GHz.
