Abstract
Finite-difference frequency-domain (FDFD) formulation, based on Yee´s mesh, is used for determination of resonant frequencies of rotationally symmetric shielded dielectric resonators. Resulting eigenproblems are solved by means of the Arnoldi method with Chebyshev preconditioning.
