Abstract
This paper presents a formal approach to hypermedia design and implementation. Hypermedia and its synchronization are explained, along with its spatial, temporal and logical aspects. A possible design and implementation of adaptive, interactive, hypermedia educational content related to the course digital systems are presented. The hypermedia documents related to the course laboratory introduce equipment connection schemes, laboratory experiments and results observation, where the students can activate spatial-temporal hypervideo links inside the continuous media. Additionally, the described hypermedia documents provide the students´ adaptive user interface with system-based adaptation.
