  • Abstract
    The attitude control of space station is different from other satellites. Due to the massive aerodynamic torque, attitude control and momentum management (ACMM) system needs to be designed to prevent the rapid saturation of the control moment gyros (CMGs). This paper applies third-order linear extended state observer (3rd-LESO) with the gains calculated by LQR to achieve ACMM. A unique compensation is presented, simulations results and performance analysis show that the controller architecture is feasible and can well suppress the disturbances.
