Abstract
The major goal of this study is theoretical analysis and optimization of local laser heating of a medium doped by plasmon-resonant nanoparticles that modeling nanoparticle labeled tissue. We were focused on the development of methods for precise description of optical and thermal processes accounting for their spatio-temporal localization. The results of numerical simulation show that an approach based on using the Arrhenius damage integral provides a more reasonable choice of the size of nanoparticles and exposure modes to provide precise control of hyperthermia with minimal energy consumption.
