Abstract
This paper demonstrates fiber-based intrinsic Fabry-Perot interferometer fabricated by femtosecond laser micromachining with a modified method based on the index matching oil, to enhance the spectral uniformity with 7.27 dB. Its temperature sensing property is also investigated in the range of 0-100 °C, with a sensitivity of 11.68 pm/°C.
