The results of sigma level showed that subjects had a broken placard level of 3.73 and 3.83 unlevel table. Sigma level not achieved in both subjects, so an improvements must be made in turns of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), training for mechanics, control the quality of aircraft cabin components in the warehouse, and focus on the inspection of aircraft components.
