Abstract :
We designed a LNA, which has the structure and characteristics of an active bandpass filter. The NF is equal to 0.8 dB in the frequency band from 460 to 470 MHz at a gain factor of 21 dB and off-band rejection of more than 60 dB at the frequencies of 395 MHz and 535 MHz. The upper boundary of ICP linearity equals 15 dBm. Hybrid-integral LNA circuit has 30×18×9 mm3 dimensions.
