  • Abstract
Quartz-quartz lightguides with fluorine cladding and pure silica glass core for the transmission of high power UV (λ=0.308 μm) and IR (λ=1.06 μm) laser radiation were produced by a microwave plasmochemical deposition method at low pressure.
