Abstract :
The axial load distribution coefficient of gear is mainly concerned with the hardness of its tooth flank, its layout in structure and its face width coefficient and so on. The relationship between them is nonlinear and complex. First, the quantitative description of these three factors is discussed. Then an artificial neural network model of the axial load distribution coefficient and its influencing factors under 8 different conditions is constructed based on the BP neural network, which can be used in gear CAD as an independent module.
