Abstract
Presented in this paper are the original circuits of switchers, limiters and attenuators on the base of pin-diodes and SB FETs, intended for operation in different microwave bands from 1 up to 18 GHz. Fundamental frequency characteristics of amplitude controlling devices are given. It is shown that the offered circuitry allows to reduce direct losses on 0, 2... 0,3 dB, while saving the required attenuation and decoupling levels.
