Abstract :
Analysis of the possibilities of a complex dielectric permittivity determination on the measurements of the complex input impedance of the simplest antennas (dipole or monopole) inculcated in a relatively dense dissipative medium is performed. It is shown that the method of impedance dielectrometry allows us to avoid the shortcomings peculiar to the microwave technologies.
