Abstract
Quality function deployment utilizes the house of quality to translate the voice of customers into product design and manufacturing requirements. In this paper, the modified house of quality is presented for the purpose of decision-making of reengineering objectives. The chance constraint programming model is developed to determine the minimal striving targets to realize the business strategy. The genetic algorithm is employed to solve the chance constraint programming problem. The 0-1 integer programming model based on the modified house of quality is derived to make the top-level decision-making strategy take the requirements of external customers and settle the internal problems. The case study demonstrates the detailed application of the systematic decision-making methodology.
