Abstract
Most of the photovoltaic power generation systems linked to distribution lines are usually considered without relation to the operation of a power system. It is due to the output power ratio to the power system capacity. At the end of a distribution line, the phase balance is not always insured. Then, it is important to link the single phase system directly to the distribution lines keeping the system toward a balanced situation, even if the capacity is low. In order to reduce the imbalance of distribution source, this paper proposes a control method for a photovoltaic system which is linked to the distribution line, based on instantaneous real and imaginary power theory. The strategy of control method is given and the efficiency is numerically discussed.
