Abstract
It is shown that novel sampling and signal reconstruction techniques, performing internal antialiasing filtering, allow us to overcome the drawbacks of the conventional architectures of digital receivers and transmitter drives. The changes in these architectures, caused by the implementation of the proposed techniques, are discussed. The weight functions, which determine the filtering properties of the techniques, are optimised, and the results of their calculation and simulation are provided.
