Abstract :
The introducing of the object-based coding arises the multi-objects rate control problem. In this paper, to resolve this problem we discuss the "same quantified parameter distribution algorithm". Under fixed total data rate condition, it adaptively distributes data rates among multi-objects to carry out efficient data stream transmission.
