Abstract
The paper focuses on an analysis of recursive SAW devices where the SAW filter is included into the. feedthrough circuit. The underlying theory and experimental results are presented. This kind of SAW recursive devices provides the central frequency tuning within a rather wide range (up to 1% and more).. and the improvement in the device selectivity (20 dB and more sidelobes suppression) as well. The operation principle can be applied for existed SAW devices without the need of the redesign.
