Abstract :
In digital telecommunication, the delay time of the transmission isn´t fixed. One solution is to design a new digital controller which is composed of an analog controller and two digital compensators. However, this system is weak to measurement noise. We develop a new digital controller that can cope with the problems of measurement noise by applying the H∞ control method.
