Abstract
We propose a method of structure/control design integration based on two finite frequency properties, the finite frequency positive real property and finite frequency high-gain property. We then apply the integrated design methods based on the matrix inequalities to the design of the profile of piezoelectric film for a smart structure to demonstrate the applicability of our design method. The validity is confirmed by both the simulation results and the experiments.
